Don't think daedra = demon, they are just gods who did not take part in creation. Is Oblivion the "bad" afterlife, similar to hell? Are all planes Oblivion bad, or are some good? No matter the danger, I must venture into the chamber, and devise a way to contain its power.ĭo you think the weakened can do any of that. Sotha Sil: "The Heart has become unstable - left unchecked, it threatens to destroy the entire city. And it will power my city for all eternity. Sotha Sil: "The new Heart of Lorkhan will be completed. Use the Heart - Battle of the Gods: You have infinite magicka and your hand refills every turn.Īnd he created it to empower Clockwork City for all entirety. Sotha Sil, the creator, did also created an artifact that have infinite magical energy. The Clockwork city is an parallel to multiverse of mundus that exist outside space and time and reality, it have an endless layers and exists as structure of wheels within wheels and worlds with worlds (note: wheel can mean Aurbis) and it exist an conceptual plane of reality. You also have mere physical form of the heart of Lorkhan did empowered the Tribunal such as Sotha Sil that he created he's own Mundus with infinite layers and created infinite magical source of power. The same Mehrunes Dagon that even he's avatar can destroy mundus for breakfast. Repaired the barriers between Mundus and Oblivion, reinforcing them so that they stood stronger than ever before, and separating the two realms for eternity. We know that mere avatar of Akatosh stand face to face against Mehrunes Dagon and beat the shit out of him and even fixed the barriers between Mundus and Oblivion. We literally have many examples about them being still have power of creation of Destruction of Mundus. The Aedra are weakened more on "influence" and less about "power". Why this theory of them being weakened just can't stop "Mundus" Nirn is just single planet in it They sacrificed much of themselves to create Nirn, which may have potentially weakened them A Soul can be killed in the afterlife if eaten by Alduin…I assume…įrom what we can tell the Aedra cannot muster up the same forces that Oblivion and it’s Princes can (infinite hordes of infinite creatures). This might be for unique circumstances and not all souls though. ![]() Souls are mostly immortal in the afterlife although I believe some sources claim they can eventually die out. Ultimately the Aedra were much more focused on fighting each other over Creation, but they do what they can to curve Daedric influence (through their followers mostly). ![]() They sacrificed much of themselves to create Nirn, which may have potentially weakened them (although Akatosh in TES IV would beg to differ). ![]() A werewolf who goes to Hircine’s realm would enjoy themselves much more than a regular person given to Hircine for a Hunt, for example.įrom what we can tell the Aedra cannot muster up the same forces that Oblivion and it’s Princes can (infinite hordes of infinite creatures). ![]() Some realms are fine, and it also can be influenced by your status in the realm. “Good” as in its not an actual hellscape, “Good” as in its actually peaceful, etc. There are some “good” Oblivion realms, if you use the term lightly. What determines your afterlife is either your race (and sometimes following it’s cultural/religious values), if you sell your soul to a Daedra, becoming a vampire or werewolf (possibly avoidable) or if you are soul trapped and given to a powerful being as payment. Both the Gods (Aedra, Daedra, whatever) and the afterlives completely ignore the concept of good and evil.
