We also found that saving songs and podcasts makes users more likely to listen to them again, which means more love for those artists or shows you’ve discovered. ![]() Plus, in our user research, we found that the Plus (+) button upgrade helped save time and gave users the ability to add to multiple playlists at once. Spotify is about music first and foremost, and its a great platform for discovering new artists, creating playlists, and getting a sneak peek at new tracks. The new and improved Plus (+) button now gives users a more streamlined way to save favorite music and podcasts. More than 100 billion data points are created every day. You’ll see the green check once it’s been successfully added. With each track played, playlist created, and podcast listened to, we all feed more information into Spotify’s big data machine. It sucks they stay on your homepage but its more tolerable than the alternative. So I reccomend finding a podcast with an inoffensive name, cover art that wont bother you (this was my big issue), and putting on a few episodes.
